The bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor, this bedroom features a 180 cm double bed. You’ll enjoy a private en-suite bathroom, equipped with a bath and shower. A spacious walk-in wardrobe completes this bedroom.
• Bedroom 2: Also on the ground floor, this bedroom features a 160 cm double bed. It has a private bathroom with a shower. A walk-in wardrobe is also available.
• Bedroom 3: On the ground floor, this bedroom features a 160 cm double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. A walk-in wardrobe is included.
• Bedroom 4: Located on the first floor, this bedroom features a 180 cm double bed. It offers a private bathroom with both a bath and a shower. Furthermore, a spacious walk-in wardrobe and a private terrace add a touch of exclusivity to this space.
• Bedroom 5 - Guest House: Situated within the 50 m² detached guest house, this room features a 160 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed. It is equipped with a private bathroom with a shower and also has a walk-in wardrobe.

Note: Each room has its own private toilet, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.

At the heart of the villa lies a large, light-filled living room measuring 80 m², featuring a fireplace and a full range of multimedia facilities, including a television and Wi-Fi. The equally welcoming 28 m² dining room is perfect for sharing meals in a convivial atmosphere. Adjacent to a tree-lined patio, a stylish bar provides another relaxing space where you can enjoy a drink in complete tranquillity.

Outdoor spaces

Outside, the prestige of Villa Majolina comes into its own. A splendid 15 x 6 m swimming pool stands proudly, surrounded by sun loungers for soaking up the Moroccan sun. A generous 150 m² panoramic terrace offers breathtaking views of the garden and the Atlas Mountains. For convivial moments in the open air, the summer dining area with barbecue and plancha promises delicious meals. A pétanque court adds a touch of fun to the enclosed, tree-lined grounds, ideal for lively afternoons. The estate also offers a private car park with space for two cars.

Staff and services

Villa Majolina provides you with attentive domestic staff, including a housekeeper, a cook and a gardener/pool attendant. A studio is set aside specifically for the staff, used during the day as a rest area and laundry room. To get your day off to a good start, breakfast is included in your stay. For the rest of your meals, the “Self-catering” option is available: you will only need to pay for the groceries (with a small surcharge for delivery), and the staff will take care of purchasing the ingredients and preparing the meals, ensuring you have a carefree stay.
